Battalion Update | Capt. Winkler
Missions returned back to campus on Saturday after a week deployment in Pennsylvania, a week at Wayumi, and a week at the Good News Boys Home. They are studying witnessing this week, and will be heading to the Yukon, Canada on Saturday to work with a church planter in a First Nations village. Construction, EMT, and Tech Rescue are continuing to train on campus this week.
Basic Training Update | Maj. Hawley
During this coming week, Basic Training will cross the halfway point of training. This is a huge milestone for many of the men, especially for those who have thought about quitting!

This week the unit will continue training in ropes systems, learning about pulleys for hauling heavy loads and how to transport patients across water. Their First Aid Training will be put to the test in their first nighttime search and rescue Navigation/Medical scenario.

On Friday, Unit 72 will wrap up the week with the 12-Hour Hike.

Continue to be in prayer for these men as they tackle each obstacle that comes their way. Pray especially for the men who are having difficulty in their memorization of 1 Peter, that they would apply themselves and focus on their requirements and the lifelong benefit of memorizing God's word.
