Current Events
Rebecca Waller's Celebration of Life
Thank you for your continued prayers for the Waller family. Details on Becca's Celebration of Life are available online.

Dr. Levendusky has offered to supply a van for a trip to the funeral on Friday. If you are interested in going on this trip, please contact Phillip Vanderford by tomorrow, Tuesday, October 8 at 12 Noon. Phillip and Benjamin Cahill will likely drive. The tentative plan is to leave around noon on Thursday and travel through the night arriving a few hours before the funeral. For the return trip, they are considering driving about 6 hours on Friday, spending the night somewhere (likely at an Airbnb), and completing the trip on Saturday.

Battalion Update
The men on the Campus Support team returned this evening from Pennsylvania after helping with a Father-Son Camp. The men in Flight are continuing their training as usual.

Basic Training: Last week the Unit moved in and began learning basic protocols. In the next few days, the men will participate in their first two hikes: the Micro Hike on Tuesday and the 3 Hour Hike on Friday. Thank you to everyone who made the Units In-processing Day possible and for the families who came out in support of these recruits.

SMAJ Dept Notes: Col. Behr will be gone for the next two weeks so please direct any questions or concerns you may have to Maj. Boulden or Capt. Vanderford.
