Basic Training Update | Maj. Boulden
The men of Unit 67 will be living and training across the lake this week. They will be living in handmade shelters, catching and cooking their food, and taking classes in primitive fire building and water purification. They will continue to hone their land navigation, search and recovery, ropes and knots, and wilderness care and survival skills. Please pray the men would stay healthy during this time and that they would learn a valuable lesson in perspective.
Battalion Update | Capt. Vanderford
Missions return safely from a two-week trip on Sunday around supper time. We are grateful that God has provided an opportunity for them to make a trip to Chiapas, Mexico for 13 days at the beginning of November. Please pray for God to give us wisdom as we work out the details for the trip. All of the battalion is on deployment status this week in support of family camp serving in various roles from logistics to campus safety to Tower Crew.
