| Battalion Welcome Party Everyone is invited to the campus welcome party for the Battalion this Wednesday, January 15 at 7:00 pm at the Fieldhouse. Weather permitting, we'll have some fire pits outside and games inside for the evening. Please bring your favorite game to share, and help welcome the newest batch of guys to campus. |

| Hunting Season Reminder Just a reminder that hunting season continues through Feb. 28. For everyone's safety, please check with Chris Overby if you're interested in using any areas off the main campus (anything beyond the bluffs, Area 13, or anything north of Lake Loma) from before dawn to at least 30 minutes after sunset. Hunters and hikers alike may want to use these areas sporadically throughout the week, even during typical "business hours," so please text Chris to see whether someone else is already using these off-campus trails. March 1 will resume normal usage. |
| Woodshop Cleanout Facilities will be cleaning out the woodshop so that it is more usable for daily work. If you have any projects or personal items in this space, please remove them by Monday, January 20, 2025. After that date, we will dispose or relocate any items that do not belong.
As a reminder, the rules for the woodshop have always included leaving the shop better than you found it, refraining from long term projects that take lots of space, and keeping your projects clean, organized and out of the way of others when you are not working on the project. Projects should be clearly marked with your name so that there is no confusion as to the owner. Permission should always be obtained before using the woodshop (or any of the facilities shops), and absolutely no tools should ever be removed from the woodshop. The tools in the woodshop are specific to that workspace and should be put away properly at the end of each work day.

| Waller Family Garage Sale As the Waller family packs up their home, they are downsizing as much as possible and would love to offer these items to you! There will be clothing (kids sizes newborn through size 8 at least, some adult sizes as well), books, toys, household items, and more. The items will be set out in the garage tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 14 through Tuesday, Jan. 21. Most items will be free, although there will also be a few things for sale. Feel free to pop by anytime during the day, or text if an evening works better for your family.

| Staff & Battalion Gym Usage We're glad our staff can use the gym for sports on Friday night — however, please make sure all the sports equipment is put away and the entire gym is dust mopped before the last person leaves. |
| Welcome Baby Cahill Benj and Marina welcomed Verity Lynn Cahill early Saturday morning, January 11. She weighs 9lbs and measures 21.5 inches long. Delivery was quick and smooth. You can see a picture of Baby Verity here!
