I’ve been busy looking through a lot of deals lately to find a good one! ...New builds, older buildings, and even real estate overseas (because I’m REALLY itching to travel and this is the closest it gets to any travel planning!). 🌴😎

We did find one promising deal! Together with multifamily investors Kevin and Marianne of Kerian Real Estate, we put in an offer on a 16-unit property (built in 1973), and it was accepted. Woohoo! Then we did 3 weeks of further due diligence (careful investigative work) before determining that it was not the right property for us to buy.

Sometimes the best deals are the ones you don’t do!
