Hi Friend,

We and our partners just got the keys to our latest 6-plex! It is such a relief, as you never know what will happen on possession day with new builds. Lenders won't release funds until they have everything they ask for! Often it's the occupancy permits that we don't get until days or even hours before key release.

Good thing it went smoothly for two reasons... In addition to having tenants moving in soon, we are also hosting an open house TONIGHT for anyone who would like to see it!

We have a vacant rental property for a couple of days, so we're taking the opportunity to show off the place to our friends and fellow investors. It's not often that you can see it at this final stage!

I'm grateful to have had the chance to speak about commercial financing at the Move 2 Multifamily event in Toronto a few weeks ago with Marcin Drozdz.
