Hi Friend,

First, I'd like to share with you a life lesson from 3-year-old Cassian. As he was riding his bike, the hill got steeper and pedaling became too hard, so I offered to help and push him. He said no, happily got off the bike to walk, and said to me:

"Blippi says, sometimes in life, if you can't do something, you should try something new!"

I thought, did he just respond to me with a quote?! 😂

So if you can't do something right now because of this pandemic, we hope you can still try something new!

Now a real estate update for you!...

In last month's newsletter, I mentioned two buildings that we have under contract.

One is a brand new 6-plex in Spruce Grove, which is now fully funded! Together with our investors, we got financing approved, and then removed conditions.
Build is expected to be complete Spring 2022!
The other building we have under contract is a rare 20 unit in St. Albert. Our first stage of due diligence was 6 weeks long.
Now, we have received all the sellers' documents, and are moving quickly to close on this great deal!
