BREAKING NEWS: Truck flipped over on PCH

Drivers are advised to avoid PCH and Chautauqua after a truck southbound on PCH near the intersection flipped over at around 11:30 a.m. LAFD Station 69 attended the scene, and is warning drivers to find alternative routes.
