They contribute towards reducing pollution, recovering value from waste and preserving natural resources, while providing a vital service to cities.

Through actionable measures, the Zero Waste Senegal Association is actively committed to working alongside waste pickers to improve their working conditions, development of skills, the promotion of social recognition and supporting their integration into sustainable waste management systems.
