getting a spring in our steps anyway!


New class times and did you know...


Our wonderful AnnaMarie is taking a break from teaching classes for the next little while.


The Monday Better Bones & Backs class is shifting to Saturdays at 11:30 with Alison as of March 11. Extra fun? It will be both on Zoom and in the studio!


It's perfect if you want a slower class that targets your core and back muscles, if you have bone density or back issues or if you're pre-or post-partum.


And of course, Emily's Wednesday BBB continues online and in studio at 4 pm.

All the exercises are safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia but they're also fun and great for maintaining and building bone for everyone!


We had a lovely mother-daughter pair in class a couple of weeks ago and the daughter (in her 20's) was laughing and breathless. She said she thought it would be an easy class and wow, was she ever mistaken!
