Hey Friend,
we're getting there!

I was walking to the studio the other day and noticing that the light is brighter, the days are getting noticeably longer and even with the extra day, we're out of the February blues!

We're celebrating with the Bingo game, so get into the studio, listen to your teachers and shout BINGO whenever we say our most common phrases. Win prizes, have fun and get fit all at the same time. Yay!

We've also got workshops and a teacher training (feel free to share with any movement teachers, coaches or trainers that you know) to add to the March mix.

Anatomy for Everyone
DATE CHANGE: March 28th, 2020 - 2:00 pm-4:00 pm

Anatomy for Everyone is a 2 hour, interactive, show-and-tell, all-questions-welcome workshop with Krisha Arbour, RMT, and Alison Crouch, Movement Coach.

If you have questions now, send them to us (you'll get a prompt before you purchase). Learn about how your bones connect, what your muscles do, what's the difference between tendons, ligaments and fascia, and what IS that thing that hurts in your knee/back/neck/whatever it is that bugs you!
TEACHER TALK BINGO!

Here’s how it’s going to work:
1. Collect a bingo card from your teacher.
2. Fill it out as you go (yes, it’s an honour system because you’re all lovely humans) including both things that happen at the studio and other ways you bring health and wellness into your life.
3. Each time you complete a bingo line, return your card to us and collect a new one.

At the end of month, every card will be entered into a draw for a collection of fun prizes!!

PRIZES! You maybe wondering what they are?

There’s more to being a successful movement teacher than repeating exercises, so there are two components to the MoveSMART Method: Sustainable Movement instruction and Authentic Teaching strategies. There are lots of trainings out there that focus on teaching the exercises, but MoveSmart is your choice for in-depth exploration of teaching strategies, relationship building and communication skills that will make you a teacher’s teacher. This immersion is intended for already-certified teachers of any movement modality looking to refine and deepen their approach to teaching, communicating with and coaching their clients.
THERE IS STILL TIME TO SIGN UP FOR THE ONLINE SERIES: Pelvic Floor Fundamentals 

When it comes to pelvic floor work, sometimes less is more. Less stress, less strain, less worry. More release, more connection and more whole body movement!

This simple series of 4 videos includes just that. Each one is 15-20 minutes and can be done together or separately. It's not about being perfect, or forcing yourself to do everything. A little bit every day is the way to make sustainable change!
