Here come the holidays!
As we head into the holidays there are a few small changes to the class schedule.
In our regular class schedule, Sue's Thursday Feldenkrais class is moving from 3-4 pm to 2-3 pm as of this week. This wonderful drop in class will now be more convenient for those with kids and grand-kids to pick up from school.




We will be closed entirely on Dec 25, Dec 26 and Jan 1. We will have limited hours on Dec 24 and Jan 31 and some teachers will be away with their families between Christmas and New Year's. Check the link below for the details!

Candlelit Relax Class
We had such a good time last year that I'm doing it again! This class is in support of the Dinner with Dignity program at the church.
Let's take a moment to rest, relax and rejuvenate AND support a good cause at the same time.

Do you have any winter gear you don't need? 
Any coats (especially men's), hats, mitts and socks are all needed as the temperatures drop. We're expecting a long, hard winter this year and for those with unstable housing it's going to be tough. Drop any of those needed items with Lisa in the church office, or bring them to the studio and we'll take care of it for you.
