November at Boomerang!
Hey there Friend!
I have to admit, November is not my favourite month… fortunately, I get to hang out here at the studio which is one of my favourite places!
One of the ways I make it through until we get to the fun of the holidays (and then survive the busyness of the holidays!) is to get some amazing body work. And because life is awesome, I don’t have to travel far to do it… Check out our four lovely body workers who can make your body and soul feel so gooooood right here at the studio!
I took Emily’s new Modern Yoga Mash Up class just before I went away, and I loved it. Sustainable movement that matches beautifully with what we teach here at Boomerang, but from a yoga perspective. It gave me some new moves to play with and I’m going again this week. Maybe I’ll see you there!
Thanks so much to Fahmida, Gabe and Emily for covering so many of my classes recently. I hope you loved them and were inspired by some new moves! Don’t forget you can take class regularly with Fahmida on Mondays at 6:30 pm and Emily will be here on Thursdays at 7:30 pm until the end of November and then she’s coming back in the spring.
What would you love to see in the schedule next year? We’re getting ready for 2019 and I hope to make it your home away from home, offering everything you need to feel strong, mobile and peaceful.
Reply to this email let me know what workshops or classes will excite you and put a smile on your face!
