No matter, we've got all kinds of things to keep you warm as the days get shorter.
Sue is running a pre-registered series on Monday mornings starting on the 4th so she can really help you dig into your Feldenkrais practice. This is going to be lovely and help your hips feel like new! You can save your spot on the Boomerang website, but contact Sue at sue@feldenkraistorontowest.com for more information and to set up payment.
Alison and Krisha are offering the Breast Health: Movement & Self-Massage workshop again! This was so amazing the first time that we can't resist doing again.
Here's what Nancy has to say about it: “I loved this workshop. No nakedness required. It was wonderfully comfortable to explore the various tissues, muscles and lymphatic connections that support our chest and breasts. As you would expect (if you have ever taken a class with Alison) “it is all connected” Yeaaah! - our shoulders, upper backs and, well you know, the rest of our bodies. The lymphatic self massage technique was a revelation. It is very very gentle. There was a great combination of learning about the anatomy (how it is all connected) and exercises. I left the workshop with a greater appreciation for my breasts and felt really - I don’t know lighter and more open. An amazing workshop.”
And there's a new blog post!
If you have foot pain or tight calves, this one's for you!
And if you want more things you can do at home and feel like Alison's right there in your living room, you can get Making Connections: Hips & Shoulders, Knees & Toes. It's a lifetime-access, online workshop that includes a masterclass, 4 shorter videos, some simple, clear anatomy and explanations and a whole bunch more!
We're SO HAPPY that the main entrance is back open! The ramp is lovely and while the door needs some finishing touches, it's good to go! No more getting lost in the church!
What else... oh yes! Don't forget the clocks fall back on Saturday night if you plan to come to Eilleen's classes on Sunday morning. : )
