Spring has finally arrived!
I seem to recall suggesting spring was coming last month, but now I actually believe it!

Get your coats off, your toes in the dirt, and have a wonderful time enjoying the sunshine!

We are excited to be hosting Master Teacher Chantill Lopez this month! She is bringing her classes and workshops to Boomerang Thursday, May 24th to Sunday, May 27th, 2018. Chantill is an internationally recognised Pilates teacher and we are so excited that she is bringing her approach to combining Pilates and freeform, inclusive and inspiring movement to the studio!

Whether you are a teacher, a student, experienced or brand new to Pilates, you will love her classes and workshops!

May long weekend reduced schedule!
We'll have a slightly reduced schedule from Friday, May 18 to Monday, May 21. The online schedule will reflect this!
AB | REHAB now a 6-week session!

Mondays, May 14 to June 25 from 7:20-8:20 pm
Fahmida is changing the format for her wonderful Ab Rehab class from a drop-in to a pre-registered series. 

“I really want people to get the benefit of building their core strength and function from the inside out and the ground up. We will do a skills-building approach and each week will build on the previous class. Each class will build core strength and responsiveness with a particular focus to guide us!”

Week 1
Breathing- enhance your core function by making sure you can breathe in a way that accesses your deep core- your diaphragm, your deepest abdominals and your pelvic floor in a gentle, supportive rhythm

Week 2
Fascial Release-address connective tissues and muscles to wake the sleepy ones and relax the ones that are over-doing it.

Week 3
Pelvic Floor Activation- some of us actually have too much tension in the pelvic floor! Before you can get everything activated for optimal function, you have to be able to release as well as work those muscles in balance.

Week 4
Joint mobility -if the parts of your body that should move don’t then other parts will take over!

Week 5
Strength- not only of your abs but of all the OTHER core muscles that affect you- glutes, back, shoulders and more

Week 6
Integration- now that you have all your parts awake, ready to release or to work as you need, now it’s time to pull it all together. This last class will weave all the last pieces together so you can apply everything you’ve learned in a fluid workout you can replicate at home
