Easy, no-props-required moves will help you feel better and think more clearly when you're at work and gentle stretches will undo the effects of your computer time when you're at home chilling out!

In this workshop you will:
  • find better ways to sit when you're at your desk
  • open up your hips (with sustainable, non-straining moves!)
  • remember how to breathe
  • stretch out your fingers and hands
  • un-hunch your shoulders
  • refresh your back
You'll go home with a worksheet of 5 every day exercises to help you feel good, move better and refresh your work day!

This workshop is suitable for everyone. Modifications will be made for anyone who needs them!

I'm so excited about Pilates for Modern Bodies!

I developed the Fundamentals of Flexion to address one of the biggest issues with flexion core exercises: your front is only as strong as your back is pliable!

So when we work through all the spots along your back that might be holding you back, you reveal the strength you already have in your core and build more besides.

This 6 week course is going to be awesome! There will be a private Facebook group just for this course so we can all keep in touch, stay on track and support each other. 

Every week you get exercises, mindful movement moments, lifestyle challenges and simple anatomy that explains the WHY of what we're doing. 

You also get downloadable trackers and assessment sheets so you can stay on top of yourprogress and celebrate the changes as you  make your way through the course.
