"How Do You Motivate Yourself To Go To The Gym & Workout?"

The truth of the matter is that EVERYONE goes through phases where they lack motivation. And this applies regardless if you are just getting
started in the gym, or you have been working out for years.

Despite all the motivational tips, slogans, and meme pictures that are flooding your social media feed... We all go through times when we don't feel like going to the gym.

I actually felt like this the other day. I just couldn't get myself motivated to go to the gym and I was considering skipping the workout altogether...

But I gave myself a virtual kick in the arse and went to the gym anyway, and I felt much better afterwards because of it.

You're not always going to feel "motivated" to go to the gym and workout, sometimes you just need a good kick in the seat of your pants to get yourself moving!
