Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: Nope. You can train at home or in a gym. I'll tailor your program around your schedule and the equipment you have. All I ask is that you're willing to commit to doing 3 workouts per week. |

Q: I have some injuries... can I still do this?
A: Absolutely. If someone is over 40 and they don't have any aches, pains, or injuries - they are the exception - not the rule.

We will modify your workouts, adjust volume, and build a plan that works with your body - not against it. |

Q: How long do the workouts take?
A: It really depends on your level of fitness and how aggressive you want to push your progress. But on the conservative side you can make solid progress by committing to working out for 45 minutes, 3 times per week.

Q: I'm traveling or going on vacation. Can I still do this?
A: Yes - travel, holidays, and eating out in restaurants are all part of real life.
