| Hey Friend,
If you just started a new workout program in January and you're feeling discouraged with your lack of results. This email is for you...
This is a common scenario that I see from a lot of my online followers...
They are doing everything right... - Working out consistently. - Eating better. - Showing up to the gym week after week.
But for some reason their body just isn't changing?
No visible muscle. No obvious fat loss. No dramatic transformation.
If you can relate to this, you're not alone - and it may not mean you're doing anything wrong.
One of the Biggest MISTAKES beginners make is expecting instant visual results.
But when you start working out there's always a lag time between the work you put in and seeing results in terms of more muscle and less bodyfat.
When you start a new workout program your body is busy: - Learning the movement patterns - Adapting to strength training - Recovering from unfamiliar stress - Rebuilding muscle and connective tissue
Before visible changes show up, a lot of invisible work happens first and this is where most people quit - right before the results start to appear.
You need to have faith and trust the process. Be patient. And don't confuse delayed results with "no results".
Consistency always wins - but only if you give it time.
I just posted a video on YouTube explaining the process in detail and sharing the journey of one of my personal coaching students - Brett Hanson - who's fitness journey started off slow, but after 10 months of consistent effort he achieved a dramatic "Before" and "After" transformation - as you can see in the photos below...
