| Hey Friend, While we were on vacation in Minnesota, my son Harvey and I spent a day exploring the Mall of America - which is HUGE - literally the biggest mall in the United States.
And we stumbled across something we weren't expecting...
A place called ClimbZone with these massive 40-foot climbing walls.
Neither of us had ever done wall climbing before.
But we looked at each other and basically said...
"Let's give it a try."
So we strapped on the harnesses and started climbing.
And I'll tell you what - it was a heck of a workout!
After pulling myself up those 40-foot walls over and over again, my grip, arms, legs, and abs were pumped and feeling it.
Not to mention the stamina it takes to climb wall after wall.
I've included a pic to give you an idea of what it was like, but the pic don't do justice for what it was like in person 😉

It was looking around and seeing all the other parents and kids.
There were lots of kids climbing...
But virtually all the parents were sitting on the sidelines watching (and most of them were younger than me).
Meanwhile, I was out there climbing right alongside my son Harvey.
And that's when it hit me...
THIS is what real fitness is all about.
It's not just about having six-pack abs.
It's not about how much weight you can lift.
And it's certainly not about spending hours in the gym trying to prove how "hardcore" you are.
Fitness is about having a body that allows you to LIVE your life to the fullest.
It's being able to go on vacation with your family, stumble across a 40-foot climbing wall, and say...
"Yeah, let's do it!"
Instead of having to sit on the sidelines because your body can't keep up.
That's one of the biggest reasons why staying fit has become more important to me as I've gotten older.
I want to be able to ride bikes, hike, kayak, climb walls, play with my son, and say YES when opportunities like this come up.
And the cool thing is, we didn't plan any of this.
We didn't even know ClimbZone was there when we went to the mall.
It was completely spur of the moment.
But we gave it a shot...
And it ended up being one of the highlights of our vacation.
That's the kind of fitness I want.
And that's the kind of fitness I want to help other people build as well.
Not just looking better...
But feeling better, having more energy, and being physically capable of doing the things you actually want to do.
That's a big part of what my High Energy Fat Loss Program is all about.
Yes, the goal is to lose the gut and get lean...
But it's also about building a stronger, healthier, more energetic body so you can get more out of life.
And you don't have to starve yourself, follow some miserable restrictive diet, or train like a maniac to do it.
If that sounds like the kind of fitness you want, you can check out the High Energy Fat Loss Program here:

P.S. You never know when your next "40-foot wall" is going to show up. The goal is to build a body that's ready to say YES when it does. 💪 |
