Subject: Still Holding My Own Against the Young Guns 💪

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

This past weekend I competed in the Pouch Cove Classic Road Cycling Race, and I wanted to share a quick recap with you.

We had a solid turnout - 56 riders total (which is a big number for Newfoundland). There were 16 in my division (the Weekend Warrior Men's Category), and I'm proud to say I got 2nd place🥈

In true Newfoundland fashion, it was pouring rain on race day - because it always seems to rain on race day, right? 🙄

The slick roads made for a tough, technical course and really tested our bike-handling skills... But hey, that's all part of the fun.

What I'm most proud of is being able to hold my own against some of the younger guys. This is where long-term consistency really shines through - and it's a great reminder of why we should strive to be "Good Enough, and Good Enough Consistently" with our fitness and nutrition.
