Today I wanted to share the results from one of my personal coaching students -
Richard Porter - who has achieved a very impressive fat loss transformation 💪

Just to give you some background, Richard reached to me a few years ago to get help with losing weight and improving his eating, exercise, and lifestyle habits. By following the principles that we teach within the "Muscle After 40 Blueprint Coaching Program" Richard has been able to lose over 154 pounds and totally improve the quality of his life - perhaps even saving his life!

"At my heaviest I was around 400 pounds, maybe more, because my scale peaked out at 400 and would no longer hold me. I was at my worst. I couldn't even walk from my bedroom to the kitchen without needing to sit down. I am embarrassed to say it, but I have been up and down in weight so many times. And I've had so many fat people issues that I can't even explain.

But this last year has been my most impressive. Right now I am stronger, fitter, and healthier than I've been in years. I've been keeping my weight down and moving so much better. My doctor is very happy with the progress I have made and even people at the gym are just amazed at how much better I'm able to move and walk, and this just happened over the last 15 months. I enjoy the workouts you have me doing and they are exactly what I need. I am making progress and am very thankful for your guidance."

I have so much respect for what Richard has been able to achieve. He literally turned his life around at a stage when most people would just throw in the towel and give up on themselves.

However, quitting wasn't an option for Richard... He kept taking action, kept pushing forward, and he sought out the help he needed to turn his life around.

Richard is a prime example that regardless of your starting point - improvement is always possible - if you're willing to put in the work, follow a proven system, and trust the process!
 
By taking action and achieving such an impressive transformation, he's not only helping himself and setting a positive example for his family, but he's giving hope and inspiration to other guys who are going through similar challenges. It's a win-win situation all around.
