Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

To understand the causes of joint pain, it helps to know what makes up a joint.

There are different types of joint, but the most common is the
synovial joint. Our hips, knees, shoulders and elbows are examples of synovial joints.

Within this joint, each component plays a different role:
  • Tendons join muscle to the bone to create movement.
  • Ligaments stabilize the joint by connecting bone to bone.
  • Cartilage minimizes friction and acts as a shock absorber.
  • Synovial fluid, produced by the synovial membrane, lubricates the joint.

Together they allow the limbs to move as they should.

For years, athletes with joint pain and stiffness have suffered.

That's because no-one created a product for their training needs. Whether it was for an old lady with severe arthritis or a couch potato with a sore knee, the formula was the same.

Also every common joint pain product uses the same-old ingredients. And it makes the same mistake.

If you're taking anything, you're already turned onto some form of Glucosamine-Chondroitin-MSM stack.

You may be using it right now. You may have tried it, so I'm not telling you anything new.

But here's the problem.

GLUCOSAMINE ONLY BENEFITS ONE PART OF THE JOINT CAPSULE - YOUR CARTILAGE.

Why is that bad?  Because cartilage is only one component in your joints. What about the tendons and ligaments? What about the synovial fluid?

If you fail to
treat the whole joint, how can you expect it to be effective?

Now, it's obvious to see why so many joint pain "solutions" fail.

There's another problem. Most products focus narrowly on trying to relieve pain.
The long-term answer is a formula which does much, much more...
