Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

One of the biggest draws to get involved with fitness for a lot of people is to lose weight. Which is understandable as over half of the population these days is overweight.

I’m sure everyone reading this knows someone who is trying to lose weight – and maybe you are trying to lose weight yourself.

However, real fitness is so much more than just losing weight. It’s about living your life to the fullest and being able to do the things you want to do without having your body holding you back – regardless of what the number is on the scale.

Unfortunately, many of the methods and tactics used by bodybuilders and fitness models to achieve ultra low bodyfat and extreme levels of conditioning are NOT healthy. And those are the people we often look up to and try to duplicate in effort to lose weight and get in shape.

The truth is when bodybuilders are in their peak contest condition and look their best – they often are at their worst for health and wellness… And I'm speaking from experience having done 14 bodybuilding competitions myself I know this was the case for me, because when I looked my best - I felt my worst.

This would cause me to Yo-Yo diet - suffering it out with extreme low calorie cutting and doing 3+ hours of exercise per day in order to get in contest shape... But then as soon as the contest was over I'd go back to my old habits, resort to binge eating and neglect my workouts - it's a classic case of the ALL or NOTHING trap - a vicious cycle that would lead me into a negative emotional roller coaster.

To help you avoid making these same mistakes yourself, I wrote an article on my website that explains how I was able to escape the ALL or  NOTHING yo-yo dieting trap and follow a "Good Enough, But Good Enough Consistently" approach for long term sustainable health and fitness.

In this article you'll learn the 12 Measures Of Real Health and Fitness that you should strive for in your own personal fitness journey. You'll also see several examples of average guys who have struggled with their weight for years, but have finally achieved incredible results by following a sustainable approach for long term health and wellness - while still enjoying their lives in the process.
