One of my favorite workout routines of all time is the push-pull-legs routine. In this video, I'm going to take you through a full PULL Workout for building muscle mass in the Back & Biceps!

While a lot of trainees focus on "chest day", only a few dedicate the same level of attention and focus to back day and have a really good back development to show for it.

The reason why pull workouts are so effective is that they target the same major muscle groups at the same time - Back and Biceps.

This training split will help maximize your gains without spending hours in the gym because it trains all your major muscle groups synergistically.
