Ingredients:
  • 1 can of water packed Tuna Fish
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of salsa sauce
  • 2 slices of whole grain or sprouted grain bread
  • 2 slices of reduced fat cheese
Cooking Directions:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit or 145 degrees celsius.

2. Open a can of tuna, drain it, and put it in a bowl.

3. Mix in the reduced fat mayonnaise and salsa with the tuna.

4. Spoon out the tuna mixture evenly on 2 slices of whole grain or sprounted grain bread.

5. Top each slice with reduced fat cheese.

6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
