Subject: My secret post workout ritual

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

There's a thing I do after every weight training workout...

It's a "secret" ritual of sorts that has helped me get stronger and lift heavier with the major compound lifts.

You see for years my grip strength sucked. I always had problems holding on to heavy dead lifts, shrugs, and rows. I had lots of pulling power, but I just couldn't hold on to the bar without using lifting straps.

So way back in 2004 I ordered a set of Heavy Grips Hand Grippers to help strengthen my grip. When I got the grippers I could barely close the 200 pound gripper, and couldn't even budge the harder grippers. Note there are 6 different heavy grips that go from 100 pounds, all the way to 350 pounds in resistance.

But I set a personal goal for myself that I would close the 350 pound hand gripper before the end of the year.

I faithfully trained the hand grippers 3 times per week (after my workouts). This was my "post workout ritual". When I got home from the gym I would immediately spend 10 minutes training the hand grippers before I did anything else.

The gripper routine I used focused on doing heavy negative reps with the harder grippers along with special technique work with the lighter grippers.

Week by week I could see my grip improving. Within a couple weeks I moved up to closing the 250 pound gripper, then on to the 300 pound gripper, and within 3 short months of starting my hand gripper training ritual I was able to fully close the 350 pound hand gripper!

I was amazed at how fast my grip strength went up by training with the Heavy Grips Hand Grippers. I thought for sure it would take me a full year to be able to close the 350 pound gripper, but I was able to achieve that goal in just 90 days!

And in addition to my new found grip strength I also added a full inch to my forearms during that same 90 day time frame.

Now when I train my back with heavy dead lifts, shrugs, or rows my grip is solid and I hardly ever need to wear lifting straps as a crutch. My grip has never been this strong and it was all a result of regular training with the Heavy Grips.

And right now you can get your very own set of Heavy Grips Hand Grippers. We've marked down the price and right now you can take advantage of some great deals.

In addition to that, I'm also going to give you a FREE copy of the "Post Workout" Hand Gripper Training Ritual that I followed to dramatically increase my grip strength and also add a full inch of muscle mass to my forearms in just 90 days!

all the best,
Lee Hayward
