I've secretly struggled with procrastination for years and was too embarrassed to admit it 🤥 

After I stopped competing in bodybuilding, I fell off the rails with my personal fitness.

And it didn't take long for it to show...

One skipped workout turned into a week-long break from the gym...

It became easier to order pizza or get something from the Drive Thru than it was to cook a meal...

I tried to justify it all by saying that I'm just extra busy and I'll start again "On Monday"...

But for some reason my start again "Monday" would always get pushed back week after week...

All those little decisions started to add up, even though I "knew better", I wasn't doing what I knew I should do...

It got to the point where I didn’t even recognize the fat man looking back at me in the mirror...

But here's the thing: procrastination isn't a flaw or a failure.

And it's not something you have to muscle through with more willpower.

It's actually a signal.

A deeper message about how you relate to time, pressure, and your own self-worth.

And when you learn to shift that relationship - everything starts to change.

One of the things that helped me break out of the procrastination rut was to give myself permission to go slow and take baby steps.

Instead of falling into the ALL or NOTHING trap, I focused on simply being better than I was before. Celebrating all the little wins and letting them compound into bigger wins.
