It's very hard to get started - even on a Monday - but once you do get started, it's actually quite easy to keep the momentum moving forward...

This is why we often see fit people getting fitter, and fat people getting fatter. I know it may seem unfair, especially if you're in the later group right now, but that is just the way things are, so get over it and figure out how to use this knowledge to your advantage!

Once you understand how the process works, you can start taking small daily action steps to put yourself on the fit track vs. continuing to always fall back into the fat trap.

I can tell you from personal experience (as someone who has struggled with Yo-Yo dieting and binge eating) that it is so much easier to get in shape, and stay in shape, by just keeping the momentum moving forward - even if it's just slowly moving forward.
