Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

If you ask the average person if they would like to get back in shape... Most would probably say "Yes" - but it's a very weak yes...

Most people today are what I call "Comfortably Out Of Shape..."

While they may not like being out of shape - they can live with it. And that's the reason why most people never do what it takes to get in shape and maintain the results long term.

Sure you may get an occasionally short term boost of motivation when the New Years Resolutions goals come around, or if you have a special event coming up (i.e. wedding, holiday, high school reunion, etc.) when you want to trim down a bit so everyone doesn't see how much you've let yourself go.

But these are all surface level goals and never provide a BIG enough reason WHY you absolutely have to make a lasting change to get in shape and improve your health and fitness long term.
How To Find Your Motivation To Lose Weight and Get Back In Shape
If you can relate to this, then I might be able to help...

You see I just wrote an article sharing one of the most powerful motivational exercises that I take my personal fitness coaching students through to help them uncover their reason "WHY" they *have to* get in shape...

Not just want to, but "have to"...

It's a very simple exercise, but so powerful - especially if you actually take the time to do it...

all the best,
