One of the most common phrases you'll hear in the gym is the concept of "Progressive Overload"...

But what exactly is Progressive Overload and how do you incorporate it into your workouts?

And more importantly, how do you get stronger without getting injured in the process?

Progressive Overload simply means adding weight to your exercises overtime. It's a very simple concept. But like a lot of simple things, the further you go down the rabbit hole, the more complex it becomes.
Progressive Overload Explained.
With Progressive Overload you gradually increase the weights or resistance that you're lifting over time, coaxing your body to adapt and grow bigger and stronger in the process.

But the challenge is how do you keep increasing the weights you lift, without hurting yourself?
