Hey Friend,

After a week into my 30 day shred I've lost 4 pounds and am well on my way to reaching my goal of dropping 10 pounds in 30 days.

Now that summer is here I've set a short term fitness goal for myself to drop 10 pounds of bodyfat over the next 30 days. And I'll be sharing my progress on YouTube in a "30 Day Shred - Getting Ripped at 40" video playlist series.

At the start of my program I was 203.8 pounds, this week I'm 199.5 pounds, and my goal is to get down to 193 pounds.

Over the next several videos I'll be sharing everything with regards to fat loss diet and training. I'll be sharing the meals I'm eating, the workouts I'm doing, the supplements I'm taking, the cardio I'm doing, etc. Along with posting weekly check-ins with my bodyweight and progress videos.

It should be a fun journey and by sharing it with you, it will help to hold me accountable to follow through and do what I say I'm going to do.
