The other day he submitted his Muscle After 40 Blueprint progress updates today through our coaching app and he's officially down 100 pounds 🤯

Just a few years ago Stephen was tipping the scale at a very large 270 pounds and now he's a lean and muscular 170 pounds 👏👏👏
