Subject: Discipline VS Regret

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

It's your Muscle After 40 Coach Lee Hayward here and I've got a question for you?

Do you know what the definition of discipline is?

Discipline is the decision between what you want MOST and what you want NOW.

Your quality of life is shaped by all the little in the moment decisions you make - such as…

✅Do you want to have a lean muscular body that you can be proud of?
OR
❌Do you want to kick back and order a pizza?

✅Do you want to set a positive example of health and fitness for your family?
OR
❌Do you want your kids to see you sitting on the sofa eating chips and watching Netflix?

✅Do you want to have firm and flat stomach?
OR
❌Do you want a beer belly?

Choosing discipline is painful - it hurts right now...

But feeling regret is also painful - it hurts for the rest of your life!

Discipline VS Regret
Now I'll be honest - I have NOT been perfect - far from it... 🤥

As you can see in my "Before" picture above. I let myself go, I got a "Dad Bod" because I gave into feeling good now - I was eating fast food, ordering pizzas, drinking beer, neglecting cardio, skipping workouts, and doing all the stuff that most guys consider "normal"...

And the result of living a "Normal Life" is I looked and felt like sh!t 😖

That's NOT how I wanted to live - I wanted better and I deserved better - and so do YOU.

These days if you settle for average, it means you're overweight and out of shape.

Do you really want to live your life being average?

If not, you have a choice - and it starts with choosing DISCIPLINE!

🫵 What are you going to eat for your very next meal?

🫵 What are you going to do for your very next workout?

Better health and fitness doesn't start on "Monday" - IT STARTS TODAY!

Before I finish up, I'll leave you with these 2 quotes…

"We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons."
― Jim Rohn

"If you do what's easy, your life will be hard.
However, if you do what's hard, your life will be easy."

- Les Brown
