Subject: Bulking Up - "more is NOT better"

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

When it comes to bodybuilding a lot of people have the "more is better" mentality.

If some is good, than more is better. There is no such a thing as moderation - it's all or nothing!

However, taking the more is better mentality isn't always the best way...

Spending more time in the gym doesn't always lead to better gains because it can leave you burnt out and over trained.

Taking more supplements doesn't always lead to better recovery because your body can only absorb so much, and the rest ends up in the toilet.

And eating more calories doesn't always lead to more muscle growth, because once you meet your nutritional needs the excess calories get stored as unwanted bodyfat.

When it comes to bulking up and gaining muscular bodyweight a lot of hardgainers will literally stuff themselves and try to force their body to grow from the sheer volume of food and calories that they consume.

Now this old school bulking approach can work to some degree initially, but you'll quickly reach your threshold - perhaps you've already experienced this yourself...

At the link below you'll find out a better approach for bulking up and gaining muscular bodyweight that is not only easier, but a lot healthier as well.
