Subject: 5'7 Single Digit Body Fat 200lbs (Over 40??)

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

I've been eating less protein lately...

Shocking right?!

I consistently train and lift heavy, and up to about a year ago, I was eating well over 200 grams of protein a day and it was working for me.

But now... I don't stress out too much about my protein or worry about getting enough.

Why?

Well, I learned a lot from some very knowledgeable friends about just how much protein is ACTUALLY required to build and maintain muscle mass.

They had mentioned that if you use something called "digestive enzymes", you can boost protein absorption and gains from every gram of protein you consume.

I had tried enzymes in the past and to be honest, I didn't notice a big difference and I eventually just stopped taking them all together.

So, I was a bit hesitant to start taking them again when a friend of mine approached me about trying his special enzyme formulation.

I ended up getting a few months worth of product and promised I would give it a shot, not expecting really to notice a difference.

But after a few weeks, I noticed a BIG difference in the way I felt overall on the inside.

I had less gas and bloating and I recovered from workouts much quicker than before and had lots more energy.

I really couldn't believe it myself. Afterwards, I discussed with my friend Wade (Director of Education at BiOptimizers) if those were regular results and he confirmed they were.

He went on to say that he himself only consumes approximately 85 grams of protein a day because the enzymes help him maximize the effects of every gram of protein he eats.

It's pretty impressive, considering Wade is now over 40, 5'7" and he sits at over 200lbs of muscle with single digit body fat year-round.

Bottom line, he knows his stuff, and lives it.

Anyway, the product Wade had me on at the time (and I'm still using to this day) is called MassZymes.

In case you don't already know, MassZymes is a powerful enzyme formulation that contains THE MOST protease per capsule on the market (85,000 HUTs per capsule)...

(Protease is the enzyme responsible for digesting protein.)

If you want to know why that fact is SO important, you can read more about it here.

MassZymes is also great for pre-workout energy as it boosts performance by increasing metabolism of carbs, fats, and protein for fuel.

P.S.
Your body's ability to recover from your workouts is limited by the ability to absorb and utilize amino acids.

That's why I take MassZymes, so that I can consume less protein on a daily basis and ACTUALLY digest and absorb what I'm eating instead of flushing it down the toilet.
