Subject: “Slum Submission” from Rio de Janeiro

Switch Armbar from the Open Guard
Recently I got an email from my black belt friend, whom you might know better by his knickname “Micro” …and he told me he was going to be sharing some of
the techniques that he learned from living 2 weeks in Brazil.

Dan is a 128-pound Black Belt, and he won the No Gi Pan Ams as a brown and has been a teacher for years now. His game changed a lot after a big 2-week
trip to Brazil, where he got to learn directly from many of Rio’s best Jiu Jitsu teachers. If you want to check some of his moves out, go to the page below and enter your email address to get access.

Dan actually learned this move training with World Champion lightweight grappler Felipe Costa. When he was in Brazil (and the visited Felipe), he was looking for moves that were not only unique and cool, but effective even against bigger guys.

Smaller, weaker, and older guys are some of Dan’s biggest fans because of his emphasis on “Brain over Brawn,” and you can see this in the Switch Armbar technique. Enter your email at the page below to get access/

Next week, Dan mentioned he’d be chopping up another “Rio” move, so stay tuned for that.

Enjoy,
