Subject: Your glutes, quads, hams, and lower back will LOVE this one...

But...you'll probably hate me for it... ;)

This is one of my favorite "combo" exercises that uses the In-Set Superset technique where you combine two different exercises that share a common position.

In this case, you're going to combine a dumbbell split squat and a "lunge position" stiff-legged deadlift.

Both exercises work essentially the same muscles, just with different movement patterns.

Your entire lower body (and some of your upper body) will be SCREAMING by the end of the set. This one really helped me get my deadlift numbers up fast.
