Very quick email for you here - if you're a
vegetarian or interested in learning more about
becoming a vegetarian, got a line on some good
vegetarian meal plans for you (cripes, I think
that's the most times I've ever used the word
vegetarian in a sentence before...there's another
one).

Vegetarian Nutrition Expert Kardena Pauza has put
together some complimentary vegetarian meal plans
to help you get started.

You can go here and grab these meal plans at no
cost to you:

Naturally, as is with many complimentary things
of this nature, this is a sample of the main
product that she'll be putting on sale in just a
couple of weeks so you'll be asked to put in your
email address to get the meal plans.

The good thing is, if do this you're going to get
a LOT more excellent information over the next few
weeks about vegetarian eating, so if you're
interested in vegetarianizing yourself, it's worth
signing up.

Now, I'm no vegetarian myself (I eat half a dozen
whole eggs for breakfast every morning) but I've
read some of her info and it's quality stuff.
Eating vegetarian is more than just eating what
you're eating now but taking out the meat - you
have to balance things and make sure you're
getting enough nutrients and protein from the
foods you're eating.

Vegetarianism sometimes gets a bad rap in the
athletic performance department but honestly, when
done correctly, there's no detriment to
performance at all (think Olympic and world record
sprinter and long-jump champion Carl Lewis).

Anyway, she's the expert in the veggie department
so here's the link if you want to check that out:
