Subject: Time to TRASH your legs...

                think leg training is awesome...
                
                Some may disagree, and that's fine...but for me, nothing 
                beats
                the feeling of hammering the legs to the point where you can
                hardly walk.
                
                So a couple of days ago, I did a GREAT version of my Time-
                Volume Training protocol using two of the best exercises you
                can do for your legs...Front 
                Squats and Back Squats.
                
                If you're not familiar with it, Time-Volume Training is one of 
                
                my favorite training methods...it's essentially a way to put a
                lot of training volume on an exercise (or exercises), stimulating 
                
                muscle growth while sparing the nervous system and not 
                making huge inroads into your body's recovery ability. 
                
                The version of the protocol that I've got for you here is going
                to literally leave you CRAWLING away from the workout...
                (if you choose to push yourself that hard, of course!).
