One-Arm Push-Ups Renegade Rows

This is a GREAT back and core exercise, targeting the lower lats
in particular. You'll be in the top of a one-arm push-up position
while doing a one-arm dumbell rows. It puts great cross-tension
on the deep muscles of the core.
