Subject: SUPPORT your muscle and strength with running...don't kill it...

One of the worst things you can do for your testosterone levels is jogging.

Personally, I don't look at any particular training modality as "good" or "bad"...there's a time and place for almost any form of training.

However, the ONLY time I'd recommend jogging is if you just want to get better at jogging...other than that, it's really NOT the best way to lose fat, especially if you want to hang onto muscle mass and strength.

THIS is a much better way to go...

It'll help you use running your ADVANTAGE so that you get lean while hanging onto your muscle and strength.
