Subject: Poor sleep is killing your testosterone levels...the fix...

Poor sleep will mess you up in almost every way you can think of...

It affects your health, it affects your hormones...it affects your recovery and results from your training...strength, muscle growth, fat loss... you name it.

And there's a lot more to getting better sleep than just going to bed earlier.

Sometimes you may have no trouble getting to sleep...you have trouble STAYING asleep.

You find yourself awake at 3 in the morning, tossing and turning or just staring at the ceiling, looking at your clock and mentally calculating how much sleep you could get before your alarm goes off if you fell back asleep right now.

You might need a little help...

I recently tested a new product called "Pitch Black" that is designed to help you get to sleep faster and STAY asleep, so that you wake up refreshed in the morning.

Now, when you click on the link, you'll immediately see that the focus of the page is on men... muscle growth, testosterone, etc.

That doesn't mean the product is only for men, though...I actually had my wife testing this as well, and she really liked it.

The ingredients in the product don't directly boost testosterone...they just help you get better sleep so that your natural production of testosterone is improved, along with all the other benefits of better, deeper sleep.

It's totally fine (and good!) for women to take as well.

Here's what's in the formula:

1. Glycine
2. Lemon Balm
3. Lavender Extract
4. Tart Cherry
5. Magnesium

You'll get a full explanation of what makes ingredient useful on the page here (about halfway down).

What I also found excellent was that it's VERY low in carbs...so low that it would fine to take on a keto or low-carb diet.

Yet the taste is AWESOME...the tart cherry extract gives it a phenomenal cherry flavor (honestly, it's part of why my wife wants me to get more of it).

The Bottom Line

I DID notice a difference in my sleep quality when I was using Pitch Black.

Personally, I don't have any issues getting to sleep or staying asleep...yet even though I'm probably not the best test subject for something like this, I found I was waking up more refreshed and recovered in the morning.

I'm not a morning person...very much not a morning person. And I found when taking Pitch Black, I wasn't hitting the snooze button anymore.

Getting good sleep can have such a positive impact on almost every aspect of your life, it's one of the most critical things you can do improve your health and fitness.

Yet we usually just let it happen by accident, often without even realizing there are things we can do to actively help make it better.

So do you NEED Pitch Black?

Nope, just like you don't really need protein powder.

Can it help, though? And can it help a lot?

Absolutely. It can be a gamechanger if you have sleep issues that are messing up your health and recovery.

Learn more about Pitch Black here.

(as I mentioned above, the focus on the page is on men and testsoterone, but it's fine for women as well)
