So yesterday, I told you about my new book "The Best Chest
Exercises You've Never Heard Of". Here's the link if you haven't
had a look yet:

http://www.fitstep.com/best-chest-exercises/best-chest-exercises.htm

I also wanted to make sure you know that I've got 3 great sample
exercises posted right on that page...the one I mentioned in the
subject line of this email (the Low Pulley Push-Up) is really
going to shock you with how effective it is.

The first time I did that one, I thought my pecs were going to
rip off and start flopping in the corner...

...ok, maybe not QUITE that dramatic :) but it is BY FAR the
best variation of the push-up I've ever used. You not only get
the benefits of bodyweight training and the chest work of the
normal push-up, the way you set it up, the pulleys are also
trying to pull your arms out to the sides as you do the exercise.

It's like having two people pulling outwards on your arms as you
do a push-up and you have to not only push yourself up but resist
that outward pull.

You'll really have to see it in action to get the full gist of
it. It's the first sample exercise, about a 1/4 of the way down
the page and just fyi, even if you don't low pulleys, you can
also training bands just as well.

If you want to build a great chest and the regular exercises
just aren't getting the job done, you have GOT to check this book
out:
