Subject: Leg exercise that looks like you're carrying a body through a swamp...

Ok, maybe not EXACTLY like that...

But the idea is pretty similar.

It's actually a great exercise that uses free weight in a way that matches the strength curve of the lunge exercise (less resistance at the bottom, more at the top).

This one will trash your legs and give you a phenomenal cardio workout at the same time.
