Reverse Band Sissy Squats

I could also call this a Spiderman Sissy Squat for how it looks...basically,
it's a way to do Sissy Squats using bands to take up some of your
bodyweight as you some down into the bottom stretch position.
It looks insane (and it kind of is) but it's very effective for reducing
knee stress on the exercise.
