Horizontal Band Bench Press

Adding direct horizontal band resistance to the flat barbell
bench press in this fashion will actually activate the UPPER pec
fibers very strongly! It's a nice way to hit the upper chest
without doing an incline press. You'll also get resistance that
better matches the strength curve of the exercise.
