Bench Stop Barbell Curls

If your form tends to break at the bottom of a barbell curl and
you use too much swing or momentum, THIS is the technique you
need. By bracing the bar against a bench in this particular way,
you're going to put ALL the tension right on the biceps, where
you want it. It'll be a humbling and growing experience ;)
