Subject: Is your testosterone turning into estrogen?...

If you don't get enough of THIS mineral, it could be.

And I won't keep you in suspense...that mineral is zinc.

You have an enzyme in your body called "aromatase"...this enzyme is responsible for converting androgrens (like testosterone) into estrogens.

Zinc inhibits the effect of aromatase.

Your body loses zinc every day just with regular activity and metabolism...and if you're on diuretics for medical reasons, you're flushing zinc out of your body even faster.

Bottom line...if you're not taking in enough zinc, either through food or supplementally, your aromatase levels will rise (I take 30 mg of zinc glycinate before bed every night).

It doesn't end there, though...

Other lifestyle factors that contribute to high aromatase levels include obesity (fat cells contain aromatase...the more fat cells you have, the more estrogran you will have), alcohol intake, poor liver function, and prescription medications.

Too much aromatase can lead to negative effects like...

- Enlarged breasts on men
- ED
- Decrease in muscle mass
- Increase in fatty tissue
- Prostate enlargement
- Lower sex drive
- Difficulty losing weight

And as you age, the rate of this conversion increases...IF you don't do anything about it

[side note, there is a LOT you can do about it]

Now, men do need SOME estrogen...but when the ratio of T to E gets lopsided, that's when you run into the issues above.

As a Man, How Much Estrogen Should You Have?

The reality is that younger men have more testosterone than most older men.

The T to E ratio can be as high as 50:1 in young men, but the more common ratio is around 40:1.

Older men who haven't looked after themselves will have a low ratio, down around 7:1. These are the men with a spare tire and/or Type 2 diabetes.

However...just by putting some of the lifestyle guidance from THIS book into practice, you can quickly double the ratio to about 15:1.

It's called “Healthy to 120” and it’s basically free (it's a real, hard copy book, so there is a small shipping fee to cover).

The information in it is excellent...well-researched, solid health advice to help you live a longer, healthier life.

I learned a lot reading through it and I think it could help you tremendously...it covers everything from testosterone improvement to stress to leaky gut and autoimmune disase, cancer, prostate issues, blood pressure, cholesterol myths and much more.

It also covers what you can DO about these things...

...how to understand what's going on in your body and how to FIX the underlying issues that are causing you problems.

And it does it all in a style that very simple, very easy to understand, and not filled with scientific jargon that you have to google.

If you're a man over 40, I would definitely recommend you get your (almost) free copy of “Healthy to 120” now.
