Got a very cool exercise here for you today. I just did this one
for the first time on Monday (I won't say I invented it because
I'm sure probably somebody somewhere has done this one before -
I've just never seen it anywhere) but wanted to get it out to you
as I think you'll enjoy it!

If you're an athlete, want to be athletic or if you TRAIN
athletes, you'll LOVE this one. It's going to build great
explosive power out of the bottom of a split squat position (i.e.
lunge position).

Because if you think about it, there aren't many sports where
you're standing with your feet planted side by side much of the
time (at least if you want to win, anyway!).

You MUST be able to exert power with your feet in different
positions. And that's what this exercise does. Plus, it's a
killer lower body and core exercise, too, because of the
mechanics of the movement.
